This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Express Court Reporting ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your mobile phone number in connection with our court reporter outreach program. By submitting your mobile number through our Court Reporter Interest Form, you consent to receive SMS messages from us as described below.
Purpose of SMS Communications
Express Court Reporting sends SMS text messages exclusively to court reporters who have voluntarily submitted their contact information through our website or other channels. Messages are sent for the sole purpose of inviting qualified reporters to join our network and notifying them of assignment availability.
Message Frequency
We will send no more than one (1) SMS message per 60-day period to any individual mobile number enrolled in our outreach program. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages.
Mobile Number Non-Sharing Policy
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely by Express Court Reporting to communicate with you directly about reporter network opportunities. Mobile numbers are never shared with advertising partners, affiliates, or any other third party for marketing purposes.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may be charged by your mobile carrier for SMS messages sent to or received from us. Contact your carrier for details about your specific plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, contact us at [email protected].
